GROW FIT program

Do you need just a little more to feel good again? Don't know where to start? Then an individually tailored GROW FIT program is for you. Strengthen yourself, grow and bring flow back into your life. Determine your goal and choose from the following components: mental sports training, yoga, breathing training, mindfulness, nutritional advice, life or career coaching, online Talent Game, talent games, making a dream board. Creative Place

You can mentally unload and recharge in our creative place with a sustainable shop. Get to know new people in a setting that focuses on connecting with each other in a relaxed way. Get inspiration from various activities with topics on belonging & connecting, meaningful living, (mental)health, talent, development, healthy planet and future,  that puts you in the right position to shape your life so that you feel okay again. Or just come for the fun, a cup of coffee, venting, it's all possible. We also have several free creative / flexible work / study rooms: you will find your place with us. We'd love to see you!
